We do not pour, serve or carry alcohol — the licensed bar service runs the bar. We do not plate, serve or handle food — the caterer runs catering. We do not drive guests — any coach is a licensed carrier we booked and scheduled. If a guest or family member asks for any of these, call the lead. Saying no politely is part of the job.
