Some jobs need a licence we do not hold. That is not a reason to send you away — it is a reason to find the person who holds it, get you three quotes, open the door, stay for the visit and send you the photographs afterwards.
The distinction that matters
Two different things, never blurred
Everything Errandables sells falls into one of two boxes, and we are careful never to let them bleed into each other.
Task execution is work we perform ourselves: collecting, delivering, waiting, checking, documenting, buying, coordinating. We are responsible for it, we are insured for it, and the receipt comes from us.
Service coordination is work performed by an independent licensed provider. We find them, compare them, schedule them, let them in, watch and document. We are not the contractor, we do not warrant their work, and their invoice comes to you directly from them.
What coordination costs
Coordination is billed as ordinary service time at the standard hourly rate, or included in your membership hours. We take no commission, no referral fee and no rebate from any provider we name, ever, and we put that in writing.

Home repairs and trades
Plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repair, roofing, handyman work. Licensed trades only; over $1,000 requires a Virginia contractor licence and we check.
Cleaning and turnover
Deep cleans, move-out cleans, carpet and window cleaning, post-construction. Sourced, scheduled, admitted and photographed.
Lawn, tree and exterior
Landscaping, tree work, gutters, pressure washing, snow clearance. We never work at height or run equipment ourselves.
Moving and hauling
A licensed household goods carrier moves your things. We plan it, schedule it, supervise it and photograph the inventory at both ends.
Notary and signings
A commissioned Virginia notary is engaged and paid directly. We coordinate, host the signing and courier the executed original under custody.
Event vendors
Caterers, florists, photographers, rentals, bar service. Three quotes, one comparison, no commission. You sign with the vendor.
Text it.
Consider it done.
Most clients never open this website twice. They text the task, we reply with a fixed price, they reply yes. The desk does the rest and the receipt lands the same evening.
