What moves the number
Eight things, and only eight
A quote can differ from a published starting price for exactly these reasons. Each one is named on the quote with its own figure.
Distance
The first 15 miles from ZIP 20151 are included in every rate. Beyond that, $1.25 a mile, quoted before you approve.
Time
Hourly work is billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Members have no minimum at all.
Urgency
Same-day and under-four-hour dispatch move you up the queue and are priced accordingly.
Complexity
Extra stops, heavy or oversize items, or a job that needs a cargo van each carry a named fee.
Waiting
The first 25 minutes on site are included. After that, $16 per 15 minutes.
Purchases
What we buy comes from your Errandables Wallet, with an 8% handling fee, $10 minimum, $150 cap.
Parking & tolls
Passed through at cost with the receipt attached. Never marked up.
Special handling
Certificates of insurance, chain-of-custody records and sealed transport are each $25 or less.

Load a balance once. When a runner buys groceries, a part, an HOA packet or a closing gift, it is drawn against that balance and the receipt is attached to the task. No runner ever advances their own money, and no runner ever holds your card.
