Before you book

Three things worth knowing

You see the price first. Every quote is itemised: labour, each add-on by name, mileage if any, and an estimate for anything we buy. If the job finishes under the estimate, you are charged the lower figure.

We will tell you if we can't. Some jobs need a licence we do not hold. We say so immediately, and where we can we find you someone who does — see service coordination.

Purchases come from your Wallet. No runner ever advances their own money or holds your card. Load a balance when you need us to buy something, and every receipt comes back attached to the task.
