The self-service version shown here is on the build roadmap; until it ships, you ask the desk and we answer in minutes.

A pre-funded balance for purchases. Your money, held as your money, drawn only against an approved task and always with the receipt attached.

Balances are customer funds. They are not income to Errandables and are not used as working capital. A balance is refundable in full, on request, at any time.

Household profile

Written down once, so nobody asks twice and no runner has to guess. You can change any line at any time, and sensitive entries are access-restricted.

Where this is going

Today you text a sentence and a person reads it. That works, and for a lot of clients it is the whole appeal. But the sentence you send already contains everything a system needs.
