At every event there is a list of forty small movements that have to happen on time, and by default that list falls to the host, the couple, the mother of the bride or the one organised friend. All of them are supposed to be guests.
We take the list. A named manager runs it against a written run sheet, the crew sets up and breaks down, the rentals go back on time, and nobody in a good dress is loading a car at midnight.
