- Item size is bigger than 18" x 18" x 24"
- If the Job needs to be done after office hours or weekends.
- If there’s a waiting period more than 25 Minutes.
- If distance is more than 15 Miles from Zip Code 20151.
- If an Urgent Errand to Run with a time less than 4 hours.
